Vibrant place

Above me a skyscraper, bellow a pedestrian underpass, a tram station and a highway passing on the right. The underpass is usually crowded containing small fast food restaurants and some other shops.
Everybody, of course, is in a hurry.
A place wrapped in certain urban mystery. I didn't found the proper words to describe...but I'm working on it ;-)
